Chatgpt is so far behind Claude and so incredibly biased in its responses that i honestly cant help but think of it as a total joke. Seriously hope its pathetic memory of a few messages long as well as its extreme bias are looked into. Claude has its own issues when it comes to its ludicrously low message limit even as a paid user, but its efficacy in those few messages will get you further than chatgpt ever could with unlimited. I was honestly mindblown at how far under a rock the chatgpt hype made me live. Its not just chatgpt anymore guys.

Sure if you wanna just conversate or ask basic stuff about a topic, chatgpt is fine, do anything that requires actual logic and refinement where it needs to know what it's already helped you with, chatgpt is left in claude's cyberdust. I've used them both quite a lot trying things like coding tasks of course, but for other things like even just learning balisong tricks, and Claude is just such a clear winner every time with any practical thing I've thrown at them. If I'm wrong I'd like to know though. What have you guys tried where chatgpt tends to be consistently superior?

@@sparky4877 can you read my response to the other guy as well and enlighten me on what use cases chatgpt performa better for you on? Not trying to argue with you, just genuinely curious. I use them as actual tools daily for lots very different tasks. Chat gpt has consistently felt only good at writing assignments where it's okay for it to not follow your instructions to the word. It also loops around, redoing things I specifically asked it not to do already. If there's a way to make use of it better I'd appreciate knowing, because right now I'd love to have something to use when I hit claude's message cap

Each is better at different things. It’s true that GPT and Claude benefit from totally different types of prompts. I think creators of these different models will start demonstrating what an effective prompt looks like for that particular model unless they all become general enough and can produce good results from bad prompts before that’s necessary.

OpenAI is just hot air. I have stopped taking seriously anything that comes out of OpenAI. They created such an hype over SORA. When was that? 15th Feb? What is the date today? SId.. it seems kind of like cheating. The original Voyager used 1 bot right? So basically even a niaeve approach should take the number of agents Sid uses for progress, if it is many, and then divide the progress it has made by that number.
