Lemon chicken is a family favourite, cooked last night with chicken thighs. I add the chicken/lemony liquid to gravy, oh boy best gravy ever! 😋😋😋

When we came to this house, a neighbour along the road had the biggest most aromatic rosemary bush out front. I started cuttings and now have my own, as does my daughter. It has been brilliant, most fragrant and strong, I must make more cuttings for the church stall next November.

Hi Kerry. Yum...yum...! Suz asked for a lemon cheesecake so I made her one...got some lemons left over..hmm...what to do with them???!!!! I always keep frozen peas n spinach in freezer for days when fresh veg is low...fills the veg gap nicely. Xx

Looks great Kerry,I'm not a fan of lemon chicken but I do buy thighs regularly but I get boneless and skinless as I use them for stir frying as I find it's more tender than breast meat,I tend to get chicken drumsticks to have with wedges or fries,another good recipe Xx

Hello again Kerry I did make this chicken this Sunday and it was delicious my only complaint I got was they wanted more😳I served it with buttered veggies of course and I made cheese and onion pie just to do something different other than plain mash. It all seemed to go well together and everything was scoffed so thanks again for the recipe. Take care.

Beautiful as always,not a Great cook, and can't afford most ingredients, would you be able to do a hearty veggie or cabbage soup,so less fortunate can make a stew pot for a week on one meal a day, with lots of vitamins. Many thanks lovely xxlovely.❤
