I am abit of a air arms fan ,I do actually own a early air arms s400 and when it's in a certain area of its fill its spot on ,but when it's out of that area its all over the place ,hence I bought a s510 R which is superb, but you're right it's my choice. Great start Matt, I must admit the stocks that come with the DRS are not the most attractive but I suppose functional and to me they just look half finished, but that Form custom stock really makes that rifle pop with class. I bought a Reximex Myth in 22 a few months ago as I wanting a back up rifle for pest control, mainly rats and wanted something that wouldn’t break the bank and didn’t want to splash out on another hw100 because as we know times are hard enough and I must say I was pretty impressed by its performance. These Reximex rifles are definitely worth every penny and what more do you need for a spot of pest control really.

Hi Matt, Thanks for a great review of this impressive Reximex air rifle. Yes, I think it looks good. If you look around the area of the bottle going into the action, it reminds me of one of those huge planes that load huge cargo through their noses. I'm not overkeen on it's looks. I'd guess it's competing for the same section of the market as the BSA Ultra, as they're both compact air rifles. As BSA look to be doing very well with their new CLX monoblock action and their different stock options, I think so far, BSA would be the one I'd pick. I prefer the new BSA magazine too, with it's counter. That said, I haven't handled or shot either. Thank you, Ian. Ps. It seems at a great price point for someone to get into shooting a pcp.

I. Have the daystate Huntsman, 177. In this safari stock, just like the one you have. I've seen you shoot. I think that gun is extremely accurate. How does it compare to the FX Drs you're shooting in this video?

How tiny is the bottle (and how short is the barrel) to only get 80 from a 250bar fill, even just going by a sweet spot, as it's not regulated, that seems low. Unless the barrel is really short and the CC of the bottle is small.

The Lyra is an excellent air rifle for the money, and does come close to holding its own against the DRS in terms of accuracy. By my findings, the DRS just pips it - you'll see in the video that it's absolutely pinpoint. Thanks for watching. Mat
