Very nice pistol, well explained. I have an early LP53 from 1956 with what is said to be an adjustable trigger which at the moment is too hard so I will have to investigate how to soften it. Would love to track an LP2 to go with it.

Thanks for that! Post-fixing, the LP2 has been a dream to use, the trigger is crisp, and I'm getting tighter and tighter groups, even with my "wrong" hand. The Predom Luznik (LP53 clone) I have, the trigger on that is super sensitive. It's lost the spring that returns it to the initial/reset position, so it's single stage without any creep, but predictable still. I truly hope you get your trigger sorted out, good luck!

Hi, your explanations are beautiful, I have a WALTHER LP MOD 2 pistol, one of the first 19,000 reproductions. The problem is that the piston is different from the one described in the video and the seal has worn out. Do you have any solution? Thank you!

Hi! I didn't know that there were different versions, so I don't know what it looks like, and what might be a good substitute, sorry! Some people decided to make their own from round aluminium bar, with 2 O-rings on it, which looks easy enough to do if you have access to some tools: www.scientificillustration.net/images/air/lp2-3pistonHi.jpg Thank you for the kind words, and good luck!

They're only available second-hand, so depending on which country you're in, and depending what the second-hand market looks like... it could be anything!
