Yup.......You put out a 2+hr. video......some are calling it a movie Steve! I'm gonna call it an "Extended Duration of Unselfishness" (EDU). Fitting! You claimed this was for educational purposes and so be it! Thanks for taking the time, effort, and patience (this doesn't just easily get slapped up on KZbin A LOT of work is involved) to share with us subscribers & viewers on the internet what you got to see and experience at EBR 2019. Great filming and coverage man.....way cool. I'm not going to bust your kiwis about a particular gun I'm waiting for you to review as it's actually nice to see you switching it up and going on factory tours, covering airgun related events, ect.....While we all love your top notch reviews, there is more coverage to be documented for sure while observing those guns in action in the hands of shooters from all over the world. Way to go after it Steve.👍😎 I love it. Thanks again for your dedication to our great love and interest of all things airgun related. -Corey

One of my best tools for preparing for next years events will be this video! Your passion for educating and bringing the airgun community together through your impeccable videos never ceases to amaze me. You make me proud to be an air gunner and part of such a wonderful community. Thank you!!!
Really love this format. Think I enjoy hearing these guys talking about they’re guns more than seeing the shooting!

For once the KZbin algorithm has worked in my favour and led me to your channel. I normally tune out of longer videos but this was great to watch and eye opening to the world of competitive airguns. which one is most reliable, accurate and powerful at 75 yards in .22 -nova vista hp p900 -nova pneupump -kral puncher jumbo -Kral puncher breaker -P15 ?
@EDCandLace5 жыл бұрын
The Puncher Jumbo is a lot of gun for 550 bucks. Out of your list it would be my choice and i mainly shoot top tier pcps and will say the Puncher Jumbo is a lot of gun for the money ... It's very tunable and capable of lots of consistent shots at higher power settings. If you want to run JSB monsters 25.39s art 48ftlbs it will do it and have a usable shot count. We have a Jumbo that's tuned exactly like that, 48ftlbs with the .22 25.39s and the gun eats them up. If you don't mind chrony time and some tuning time (we did out tune using custom hammer springs that we made). The P15 would be prolly the best choice if you want to shoot out the box and 30ftlbs with JSB 18.13s is what your gonna shoot (p15 is a higher pellet fussy gun, at least everyone we have ever tuned for people) the Nova guns i can not speak on as we have never touched one. The Kral guns are great bang for the buck and will almost always perform above there price point but we have had some come in for tuning that just flat had bad barrels but this was early guns and we haven't had a kral that isnt a 1st or 2nd run gun that didn't shoot its ass off. My opinion would be the Jumbo if you want to tune the gun to what you want it to do and the P15 if you are happy with 30ftlbs and don't mine it only liking JSB 18.13s and want to shoot it out the box. I will say this at 48ftlbs out Puncher Jumbo will stick 10 JSB Monsters inside of 2 inches at 100y all day long. It won't shoot with our Impacts or Crowns at a 100y but it's 3 to 4 times cheaper and the FX guns are only out shooting it consistantly by .5 inch at 100y for 10 shot groups. Out the box it's a very long tappering 29ftlb tune (thats how our Jumbo was from the factory. It was consistent from shot to shot but was a slowly declining shot string and not what we wanted.) Trust me you wont be sorry with a Jumbo if you want to tinker and want a sledge hammer .22 that has a great shot string and overall good build quality. The trigger is decent, not great but very shootable. with some adjustments the Jumbos trigger is a better trigger then the P15.

I am Canadian, and love to shoot both air powered and conventional firearms within our myriad of ill written and convoluted firearms laws. For anything shooting over 500 feet per second you have to be on a property in a rural area where legal to discharge a firearm safely (i.e. into a adequate sized berm versus your distance), or at a gun range with conventional firearms and range rules. Surely a few people bend these rules, but these are the laws as I interpret them. Keeping this in mind, there is no real advantage to using air firearms (over 500 fps) as opposed to conventional arms legally speaking.Good ammo ($40-50/per 500), or even just Crosman Premier ($17CAN/per 500), is around half the cost (or more) than .22 LR prices if you average the the top ten pellet prices versus any old cheap .22 that can outperform it The best performing air guns are much more in fact than the cost of a conventional firearm.. etc etc stuff most shooters already know. My question is this what is the reason(s) for the incredible attraction people have to air guns? Especially the very expensive high powered ones, and more puzzling even is when they also have access to the ownership and use of conventional arms? I understand air gun popularity in places like the UK where the 'crown' pi**ed all over the Magna Carta and finally seized all the peoples conventional arms. But why in USA, where there are conventional guns a plenty!?! I am just curious, NOT a hater :) For the record I shot multi pump pneumatic as a kid and am now a springer guy. I can only afford that and my conventional shooting hobbies. So I DO understand addiction LoL :) play safe

More technical shooting than what a good portion of hunting is like. Unless you hunt from a blind or 'stand', majority of hunting is in some variation of 3 positions: standing, kneeling or prone. Oh yeah! Range is, almost always, estimated. Guess I'm too old - old pump Benjamin or Sheridan more my speed - not that was ever super accurate. ~30yds about max range for reliable hits on targets size of a quarter.

I believe October is the coolest/driest time of year in Phoenix... but it's windy. The winter is the rainy season. The summer is 125*. Regardless, they pay out the same there's still a 1-2-3-4-5 in each discipline... the wind just separates the creme 😁. RMAC in Utah in June is the same, WINDY... but I'd doesn't stop the $20,000 to the first place winner 😊
