A Day in a Life of an Airman: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Dormitory Tour, Room edition. In this video, I will show you around my room. I moved in this building February of 2020 because the previous dorm I was in in being renovated.

THIS IS SO CUTE, I was getting pretty sad thinking about how I won’t have the college dorm decorating experience in the Air Force but this has given me hope that I can make it cute and homely still 😭

Decorating is allowed, you can even paint your walls as long as you paint them back/put everything back to its original state when you move out of the dorms.

Back in 72-76 , you had two beds and two lockers in a room . That was it .

So crazy. I was in the room next door to yours but that was back in 1997! It still looks the same except the post office was across the way by the gym. After that I moved into an apartment in town. Ivy Manor? Good times.

I lived in those barracks back from Aug 1987 to Dec 1991. They looked a little different then. I was in the barracks on the left side of the Pitsenbarg Dinning hall facing the BX parking lot. I can remember parking either in that parking lot and the one the left of the dorm.

there in july, do some rooms have roommates and do some rooms have just one bed ? on my welcome letter it says there are two bed per room i believe.

If you are a permanent party, then you have a room to yourself and a shared bathroom with your suitemate. If youre Phase 2 student, then you'll have 2 beds in a room 😊.

Yes, There are 5 building for permanent party. 4 buildings are like this. The last building is quite separated and has QUADS, I think it's apartment type, 4 rooms and a shared common area in a unit.. you most likely will be put here if you're a shift worker or SECFO.

You pretty much get wheverever base has openings that needs manning. I am a 4N0X1, Aerospace Medical Service Apprentice. I actually deleted the song I used for this one.. I dont remeber 😂😂

@@junprelhe3117 I remember when they were A902X0 or X1s. Been a while. I was a 90670 Med Admin who are now a 4N0 field. It wasn't all fun but all us medics worked with, appreciated and supported each other. Over the Aeromedical Services at WPMC in 1989 was a sigh that said, "our job is to keep them flying and fighting, AND DON'T you forget it"!!!! My last "fatigue hat" was the Maroon Ball cap that simply read "MEDIC". Wish I could find another.
