wow i feel really good after that. I had a box almost fall on my face at work. I managed to catch it before it hit me but i abruptly dodged the box with my face like a boxer would dodge a punch and heard a bunch of pops. Not for a few days did i feel the pain. Now its week 3 and these exercises helped me today.

:34 I have a pain there that I've gotten 3 times the 1st 2 times i was doing workouts and the 3rd time was when I was just literally sitting in a chair I was stretching my arms up over my head and I think I must have tilted my head forward. Have pained exactly where you're drawing but the thing is that I can't turn my head left or right. It's also right the lower part of where you drew the line stays sore and it hurts. It's been a little over a week I actually just want to know what am I doing wrong to avoid that kind of pain

Your video will spreading good information. Neck pain may be due to various reasons. But proper treatment is required. I took treatment from planet Ayurveda and got relief.
