Bad reviews on Amazon. I have the Snapchat Pixy and it is more finished. Replaceable batteries. Many more pre-set modes and options. No controller mode but I use my DJI drones for that. That said, good review. Like your style.

I had both previous models and had to send them both back. They looked great but just didn’t work. Shame as i would really like a reliable version.

You've gotta test the drone out in the sun. I had the older model. Worked great in door. Worked great in the backyard. But out on the golf course on a sunny day it couldn't find me. Just hovered. And it was really annoying to carry around have to worry about in my bag. I also flew the old one up to see how high it could go and it went a decent distance. Not amazing but like 75ft then it disconnected and flew off landing on my neighbors roof. Wouldn't reconnect with full battery.returned it. Spoke with customer service. They said the neo is supposed to have fixed the last ones issues.

Nice review. However, I’ve owned both previous models. I really loved the concept and design, however, neither of them worked. Best i could do is 1 in 3 flights it worked. The other times it would fly away, hit walls inside or end up in a hedge in the garden. Has this now been fixed?

Awesome Video!!! One question in regards to clicking on the button on the back of drone twice for a selfie. Do you have to set the Air Neo in the Auto-Fly mode first? I am only able to get the Air Neo to take a selfie or video by clicking on the command via the app. If I click on the back of the button twice or 4 times nothing happens.

Yes make sure you Calibrate the drone first and then choose the auto fly option in the app, if I remember right you can just turn on the drone don’t open the app or connect to the wifi signal from the drone and you should just be able to just use the button clicks to work the drone. Unfortunately it doesn't have either of those, it does have a tracking feature kinda like a "follow me", I haven't seen any that have those features.

Are photos and videos automatically saved to the built in memory? Can they be redirected to the SD card instead? In order to download to a computer, do you need to save to the SD card? Thanks, Sam

All videos and photos are stored to the Built in SD Card and you can access them from the apps photo album am not sure if you can attach the drone to a computer and download the pics and videos (there is no SD Card Slot)

The Apps Gallery? See if it saved it to your phones Album, if not try uninstalling the App and reinstall it. If that doesn't work let me know and I will try to help you figure it out!

nice video . but I must say : who did you reach out to or talk to for a demo of this drone? The reason being is I was one of the first group almost THREE years ago that paid and ordered the AirSelfie Pix and I STILL HAVE NOT gotten my product in hand. I gave up till I saw there is newer versions and the site is somewhat different . So I don't know HOW you got one or is there any direct Numbers I can go to see if they would make it up to me for waiting and finally send me a new one or refund? I be not the only person in this spot there be Thousands of us .. help if you can please

neat tech, but it is overpriced for its target (drone-amateur) audience. families don't pull out $250 (current local price) cameras tat take low quality images to take a xmas selfie with. to the target audience, this is worth $50-75usd at most. its the same problem that the hoverAir x1 has. over-priced and under-speced for its intended buyer. i mean seriously, even for a 720p camera, that video quality is atrocious.

Working on a video now on a different brand drone similar to this one but it's 100x better, 2.7K video and a 12MP pictures, so far I am super impressed with this new one, should have the video up in a few says! Thanks for Watching!!!
