My uncle flew P-40's in Africa and Italy. So nice to see them represented here. Beautiful plane.

One of these days both Fireflies need to fly in formation. Only two left and both have been to Oshkosh on different occasions

Great videos as usual! I had a question regarding the AX53. I got to try one out recently and was happy with the videos, but found this still images to be quite grainy and compressed. Obviously, this being a camcorder its not meant for photos, but I was wondering if you had any suggestions? Or maybe shooting RAW would fix this (if that's possible with the AX53?)

Never used it for photos, but certainly the quality won't be as good as an actual still camera! Surprised it'd be that poor though

@@AirshowStuffVideos Ok, not surprised you haven't used it for photos, and its not a big deal as I have other cameras that do a better job for photos. I was surprised too at how bad the quality was.

I noticed that at least a couple of those P-51's had extended vertical stabilizers. Anyone know why they did that? Is there something wrong with the OEM stabilizers?
