Audio sounds good to me. Thanks for my daily fill of Osh arrivals; love it.

I flew to Oshkosh shortly after I got my IFR rating, many years ago. That was an amazingly wonderful experience, both for flying real IFR for the first time and for arriving at the greatest celebration of civil aviation in the world.

Absolutely Superb video. Well done to the camera guys and how the control tower deals with SO many planes?? Superb traffic control!! Love the different planes!! Well done to all from the UK Nr Stanstead Airport Essex East of London.

This is really cool! I was there with blue beret and I got assigned south log tower that Sunday. I specifically remember logging the Cessna 150 that at :51. I remember getting really irritated with how hard the tail number was to read when it was landing, but then it taxied right in front of us making my job a lot easier.

We’re you filming arrivals on Tuesday morning around 11am? I was landing on 27 in my red Pitts and they made me go around but I’m pretty sure it was the quickest go around and back to final ever..
@AirshowStuffVideos6 жыл бұрын
We filmed some on 18/36 but sadly didn't get over to 9/27 other than on Sunday.

Ha! At 10:40 you can tell an NYC controller took over. Irritation up and politeness gone.
@Mrcaffinebean6 жыл бұрын
jonathanknight89 sounds like he took over because it was getting a little dicey and there was some confusion from the other controller. It’s a hard job and I certainly couldn’t do it.

The ATC speech is slur and he doesn't annunciate very clearly. Of all the Oshkosh video I've seen, this is probable one of the most difficult ATC comm that I've listened to.
