I love all sheffield knives for the most part... Mainly the older ones. Still. A. WRIGHT are all pretty sweet... My favorite is the old Taylor's EYE Witness... Thanks for the videos bro 👍🙏✌️

You can take a penny that has been cut in half, and place it down in the back spring as close to the pivot as you can. Then close the blade so the kick pushes on the penny, and then keep pushing to flex and over extend the back spring little by little. Do this until you reach the desired pull strength. I did this on my A. Wright Barlow because the pull was just too strong.

That's interesting, I've never heard of that before

@@BakeryWizard13the flat side of the cut penny against the spring keeps it from moving too much. I use this method when I add Dragonfly blades to Swiss Army knives, and I feel the tension is too much.

Thanks for the show and tell! I just received my AWS single-bladed spearpoint (gentleman's) jack in ebony a few weeks ago. James and Co sold out of them quick. The blade on mine appears to have two small dimples on one side as if it were clamped in a vice. Do your knives have any such minute bends in them?
