Ais Block off plate troubleshoot! (Raptor 700r)

Is the bike tuned? Or have a fuel controller, the plate helps prevent popping but if it’s still stock tune with the mods you have the bike is still lean and will pop on decel.

It's not tuned from a shop, but it has HMF optimizer. So the jetting is compatible with the hmf slip on exhaust.

@@tellieslyfe3887 I'm pretty sure your bikes fuel injected and you don't have jets.. you need to have it tuned for optimal performance.. you got alot on the table your not able to use.. the stock tune limits power and mph..

@@phillipautwell5723 Yes sir! Bike is tuned. Check out my upgrades vid and you will see it has a HMF slip on exhaust, K & N air filter, with Fuel Optimizer. The optimizer is set to the recommended settings. 👌

Might be an exhaust leak. Make sure that the header is correctly placed in place and it is not lose. Nice bike!

I have one and I still have a few pops here and there I don't think it'll eliminate the popping 100% but it did stop majority of the popping

Hey, i was told that after Installing the block off plate, it was normal to have a little bit of residual popping. Also, I can say that lately I have not been hearing nearly as much popping as when I first put it on. 👍

Did you plug the part off on the intake boot good when I first done it on my yfz450r Iit was making the pops glow. After I fixed it from sucking air from that little hole in the boat it stopped glowing red
