you can actually choose smaller size in GTOwizard in settings and see the solutions with 10bb sizing from SB

I think it's important to remember how few value combos we have here, we only have 99/44 and maybe a sliver of AQ (Q9ss should pure x river) so we won't need many bluffs. PIO will mix hands like JT without a spade or combos like KThh when we get to the river with them.

This may not be solverwized, but I would pick hands like 64s that raised the flop. Like the author said, we don't have that many value combos, we do not need to have many bluffs. We don't want to have spades nor a jack.
