Hi! I wonder when i should do those mobility and flexibility exercises, before breaking, after or both?
@AJ47SoulMavericks4 жыл бұрын
HI Zeljo, thanks so much for your questions. Here's my best advice. Use mobility and dynamic stretches when warming for training breaking and you a mix of mobility and static/passive stretches and the end of the training to increase your base level of flexibility.

Hi! I liked this video, but could you be so kind and explain to me when to do flexibility exercises and mobility exercises, is it before breaking, after breaking, both, i would realy apreciete it, becuse i didn´t get it when you explaine it in the video.
@AJ47SoulMavericks4 жыл бұрын
Use both "mobility" and "dynamic stretches" & "PNF Stretches" on your own or with a partner to really open up the body and prime it BEFORE training. You can use a mix of Mobility & Passive stretches to increase your base level of flexibility AFTER training. Hope this helps. Hit me up on Instagram DM's for faster responses should you have any further questions.

i do statics stretchs before or after my Powermove workout?
@AJ47SoulMavericks6 жыл бұрын
After bro, but you can do them previously if your muscles are tight but just bare in mind that the muscles you've stretched may take around 30 mins for their full power and strength to return. Always make sure you are warm first tho! 🔥
@et44936 жыл бұрын
I highly recommend dynamic stretches as warm up and thru out your training, while static stretches at the end to improve the "length" and relax the muscles to improve recovery
