I LOVE LOVE LOVE! These videos. Have you ever thought about creating like a group mastermind/coaching membership? Girl I would 100% join! My 2021 financial goals are 1. Pay off all my credit cards and become 100% debt free. 2. Increase side hustle income, 2020 really affected my partner and I, we both have had to change careers this year. Due to the pandemic we had to take huge salary cuts because a lot of places that would hire us have hiring freezes. We live in a high cost of living area so it’s been tight. 3. Decrease our living expenses so we can save for a down payment on our first home together. (2-3year plan) 4. Actually save money for sinking funds.

Even when I was younger I had separate piggy banks lmaooo My goals this year are to save up enough for a year’s worth of rent for a one bedroom apt in Brooklyn (post grad life ahh!), save a sinking fund of $5K for my small business in addition to $10K in profit for the whole year, and last but not least, at all costs, freelance/work for myself successfully to not move home after graduating college. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

My main financial goals for 2021: Fill up my 6 month. I am about halfway there. Make a big dent in my student loans, I have a little over 18K left. And I hope to have that paid off in 3-5 years. I'm also working on getting more money in through my side business in 2021 as well, so hopefully I can put a portion of that income towards my student loans and growing my creative projects fund for a film and a photography project I have in mind. Goal breakdown for business income once I break even (30% for taxes, 30% for business savings, 20% extra to student loans, 20% to project fund).

About new car , i buy and sell alot and the best way to buy is to look out for a newly used car you want that the first owner is looking to sell before they trade it into the dealer. People try not to buy from street car flippers unless someone recommends them , they find anyway which way to hide problems just to get your cash and there gone. They will say yes im original owner just to hook you so go with someone who has experience when buying a newly used car. NOT your Bestfriend unless hes bought several cars and knows what hes/shes doing!!
