Explanation in malayalam. There is lots of misleading point are included because oet not says any order to follow the card . We can do the role play as flow no any particular order.

ROLEPLAYER CARD SETTING: Community Health Centre PATIENT: You are 57 years old and you have come to the health center for advice about your swollen feet and ankles (both feet). (1)When asked, say you have had swollen feet and ankles for a few days now and would like some advice. (2)Say the swelling starts when you're standing at work and gets worse as the day goes on. It goes down at night and has gone in the morning, You haven't tried any treatments. When asked, say you don't have any other symptoms. (3) Say you don't understand why the swelling has started happening as you have always stood for long periods of time in your job, Say there must be something else that is causing the fluid retention. (4) Admit that you do use a lot of salt when you're cooking, but you don't take any medication or have any health conditions. Say you think you drink enough as you have lots of cups of coffee. (5) Ask if there is anything you can do to relieve the swelling. 6)(Agree to try the strategies the nurse has suggested and also make an appointment with your GP. CANDIDATE CARD SETTING: Community Health Centre NURSE: You see a 57-year-old patient who wants some advice about his/her swollen feet and ankles (both feet). TASK (1) Check patient's reason for attending the health clinic. (2)Find out details about the patient's swollen feet and ankles (when it happens, treatments tried, etc.). Ask about any other symptoms. (3) Explain the likely cause of patient's swelling (fluid retention from prolonged standing: mild condition, not a concern, etc.).

Kindly plz check with your tutors or staff are they taking online classes sincerely I commented here bcz , there is no reply from one lady who asked for feed back and contacted me to explain about oet online.really disappointed after I sent 16 the letter for correction no reply from my tutor and after few days she is asking , how are u?I already informed I'm beginner, still only orientation for reading and listening. No tips , no guiding nothing, they said 20 sessions and stopped at 16 .
