It's a beautiful engine, the base mod is perfect. I replaced all the pipes with copper pipe, and propper brass fittings to get rid of the ugly blue Pne fittings. The engine as supplied is great, but modification is the fun of the engine. Great Video AJ :)

I'm glad you changed the base for the engine it looked messy with all the leads showing the only thing I'd change would be USB charging for the batteries still excellent little project

Absolutely beautiful. I don't know why, but the Chinese have a nasty habit of fitting things the wrong way round! In this case the engines Flywheel. If you look at the curved spokes of Any stationary engine, like the Blackstones for example- the curved spokes of the flywheel ALWAYS are fitted so the spokes chop into the air the opposite way round!

Really ought to re-do the connections to the switch - without the wires being looped through the hole in the tabs, the vibration from the engine will likely cause the solder joint to eventually break.

That is the cam actuating on the small roller bearings on the valve rockers, the cam has a agressive pitch causing the clacking noise.

Yes the piston is water cooled. It has a small water pump for the coolant
