In my opinion, Aj's challenge was a lot harder than Mr beast's version, since he was locked and his friends were annoying him and that in a way kept him entertained. Aj literally had no human contact the entire time and actually wasnt locked in the room so it hit him harder mentally since he could leave any time he wanted. Big up to both youtubers tho.

The torture comes from the idea that there is no escape for people who are actually put in that scenario which causes the brain to start believing that it's over. What helped AJ push through was the ability to escape and the knowledge that the only thing keeping him there was himself. Respect tho cause it takes a level of mental strength not many have.

32 months is rough! I did “only” 30 days in solitary and i totally agree with your statement! First few days were kinda easy since it takes a while to acknowledge where you really are, then it hits like running against a brick wall and that’s when the mind starts playing games. Hope you’ll find your way and that you’ll never be back in the future, it is possible! Take care and all the best.

@@Violence4fun fortunately I've been utilizing my time wisely. I came in at 25yrs old and now at 40, I've accomplished more than people would imagine. Of course I hit some snags and bumps on this road but tbh this place has effected my mind and heart immensely. Unfortunately I'm numb to violence and Gore because it's a constant cycle in my chaotic environment. I've been in the middle of riots, stabbings and I've defused plenty of situations that could've became fatal. I've looked into people's eyes and literally watched the light leave their bodies before they die from a stabbing or an altercation. If you reading this and u think u thuggin or gang banging.... Just stop and renew your mind. This place plays serious tricks on ya mind. Stay blessed everyone.

I wouldnt be able to do this for more than 10+ hours!!! Aj shabeel is the actual goat! I keep re watching this video yes it’s him stuck in a room but overall it’s still a very interesting video and a fascinating concept. In my opinion, better than Mr Beast’s and somehow more difficult? Since mr Beast had his friends communicating with him and trolling him so he had some sort of interaction throughout the experience but Aj had no one and absolutely nothing. 0 sound 0 sense of time or his surroundings, big W to this champ.
