AK SLING INSTALL WASR 10/63

Thanks For The Demo Received My 2 Romys Today But Did Not Have The Loose Loop To Feed The Belt Through, Scrubbed Mine With Soap And Sponge, Gonna Let Then Dry Then Apply Saddle Soap.

I picked up a like new Bakelite pistol grip from Desert Fox for mine, I wanted a more original look than the black grip, and yes I prefer wood furniture. I should have looked at the slings and saved on shipping. Oh well, here I go again!!!

I use leather conditioner to restore the leather. I use wiemans.

Looks good. You should clean the leather to preserve it. Saddle soap and leather conditioner, will last forever. If it has mold, use scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner first. Saw that trick on a channel where a guy was reconditioning a saddle.

Simply remove the hook first. Use a tool like a flathead screwdriver to pry it .
