I have a lip on the tab you press in to get the dust cover off and I cannot remove it just got it from century arms today

Yes, they can be a real pain when they’re new. My suggestion is, use something that’s hard but will not mark the finish push the button toward the muzzle. (parallel to the barrel) Once the “Button“ is past the edge of the dust cover lift up on the back of the dust cover. The spring assembly is probably really tight, I usually use the handle of a toothbrush to push the button in. Sorry I’m not much help, but if you work at it you’ll get it. Let me know how it goes

my bolt carrier doesnt come out at all like if its stuck for some reason

That’s interesting. If you’re taking out the bolt carrier, the only thing I can think of would be to make sure to have the safety on fire. If the safety is on, in the up position, that will stop your carrier halfway back. If not, let me know what other things are going on. Thanks for checking this out, I do appreciate it.

I appreciate the heads up. I have to revisit this video, I’ve changed my set up a lot since then. It’s kind of funny, some of my first videos I recorded with no lights on and the screen was totally black. The joy of recording videos with both eyes closed. 😁 Thanks for the input and checking out this video
