This legitimately worked for me. I just gotten my A50s in on 2/26. the next day they stopped working. Left them on base to charge for hrs nothing and charged it directly to wall all day still nothing. After watch this video of doing g a hard reset it freaking worked the light came back on. OK. I got my headset as a hand me up from my son and had the same problem. Firstly I had no idea that there was a game button and voice button on the side of them!!! (I'm a pensioner and not good with technology). Having spent the last 2 hours looking at reviews for new headphones you have now saved me at least £100 so thank you very much.
