I don't think it's okay to act like he died of natural causes just to make a video 'fit better'. Celebrate the video but also acknowledge the truth. Toriyama went under a very dangerous operation and got very unlucky and now he's dead. That's not natural, it's just tragic. Sometimes life is just like that. May he rest in peace.

Aside from the shadow dragons and the consequences of overusing the dragonballs, it is true you cannot ressurect anyone who has passed on from natural causes. I remember seeing that mentioned on DBZ vhs almost 25 years ago during the cell saga.
