If want the same 3d printer I use, uniformation is offering a discount. A few of people on twitter were curious. uniformation3d.com/products/uniformation-gktwo-10-3-8k-resin-printer $80 save for gktwo: itsagunpla

if it is not an officially licensed file it is ip theft and is not a tribute it is a slap in the face of the memory of a great artist this is no different than buying bootleg things it would be different if the file was free but the fact that some one is making money off of it and a cut of the money is not going to the owner of the ip it is out right theft that you are contributing to you are contributing to the robbery of the dbz legacy

I speak for everyone when I say we want more of this. I think you could do well sharing your paint/hobby tech more often.

@@ItsAGunpla Check out My mini factory. 3D artists have patreons you may dig (besides purchasing at a higher premium). Archvillain Games (the very least), Cyber-Forge Miniatures &Titan-Forge Miniatures, Rescale Miniatures, Bite the Bullet STL Miniatures. Won't bombard you. But good stuff.

I'm really not into dbz anymore but it was a damn awesome experience watching on toonami after getting out of school and figuring out to either rush and do homework or wait till after an episode of DRAGON BALL Z.

I very rarely comment on KZbin but I have to say - this is so much nicer than Goku figurines I’ve seen in stores. Truly fantastic. I too would like to see more videos like this.

I've been to Japan a few times and always browse the statues and I gotta say this is the best looking statue of Goku I've ever seen. I hope you consider doing more of these kinds of statues and auction them or something, I don't see why you can't make money doing this.

This was amazing. Thank you for showing the process of making something this intricate. Great tribute. Me and my friends were obsessed with DragonBall when we were younger and I’m still a huge fan. I also wanted to thank you for getting me into watching Frieren and reading Berserk!

surprised to see how well purple base worked for the flesh. I'll try that on my Hresvelgr=Ater once I finally finish all my gunpla backlog. Also nice work on that Goku

Amazing work as always Gundam. Interestingly enough the purple base coat is almost a cheat for getting really good skin tones, and has gained a lot of traction in the painting communities as 3d printing has become more popular. A purple/pink mixture with a little transparent red sprayed from the bottom up into recesses like muscles and what not is usually the way to go when you want to build up a realistic skin tone quickly without needing crazy amounts of built up flesh tone layers.

Been followimg this channel for a year since i stsrted scale modeling. These videos inspire me because it really comes through how much attention to detail amd care you put into your work. Ive tried to incorporate these into my own modeling even though i dont paint gunpla.

The purple under tone base tone is an excellent idea, it is 100% used in makeup and creature effects.

More of this content please! I just finished the MG FA 78 (What a pose grenade) and I'm now building and painting a RX78-2 PGU and I have this channel on the background! I also Recently bought the Solomon GP02 due to your video about it, what an insanely detailed kit. Backlog is becoming unmanageable now 😁

Those korean sanding sticks are amazing. You can make nub marks almost completely imperceptible.
@paktahn3 ай бұрын
you can do the same with any sand paper besides having done modeling for the past 30+ years i have done both wood working and automotive body work and the only difference between different brands of sand paper is the backing material meaning that all sanding sticks work the same all sanding sponges work the same and all sand paper works the same brands dont matter in fact buying modeling brand sanding supplies is an outright waste of money when you you can buy bulk sanding products meant for other uses for a fraction of the cost like body work wood working and nail care products i would not be surprised if a lot of the modeling sanding sponges are manufactured by 3m and made for modeling companies with an inflated marked up price you can argue against this but i have over 3 decades of experience using said tools in 3 different settings and find it sad to see people throw money away on products that are some times double or more the price especially when the actual models and paint can be quite expensive so saving money by buying sanding supplies from a hardware store and nail care isle or buying lacquer thinner to substitute for extra thin cement (it is the same exact thing tamiya bottles as extra thin cement and its air brush cleaner but is like 20x cheaper by volume) can save you tons of money to buy more models and paint

Double duty on the tribute. The model itself is superb, but making a video about it is arduous art as well. Always impressed by the quality footage and camera movement in these videos-particularly considering you’re a solo act. Trying to get all that set up and executed while also focusing on the actual model can’t be easy…and then there’s the tedium of the edit. Some edits can be fun, but I imagine after the resin’in, sand’in, craft’in, paint’in and film’in, you’re just ready to be done. I salute the artistry involved in this undertaking, and nod in solidarity with the appreciation of Toriyama’s work. …Who knows, man. You keep going like this, and one day, many years from now, someone could be doing an It’sAGundam tribute. (Which might include footage of this tribute, which would be too meta for some folks to handle.) Cheers!

Less Dragon Ball Z. Cowboy Bebop my jam. Outlaw Star. Inuyasha (one song at the end). Ghost in a Shell (all of it). Trigun. Vampire D. It's a Gundam (older stuff). But yep. Remember that. Good memories. Love the electronic techno music too in the background.

You have wiped too much paint from scratches. Wounds bleed and in original manga panel he was bleeding from some of them. Still awesome, but that is my minor grape since it reminds me of shitty Super art where they got rid of blood (even scratches changed from red to black).
