AKITA INU - The Life Of A Japanese Akita Puppy | 秋田犬

In this episode, we are showing you the first 5 months of the exciting life of our Japanese Akita, Yuki, as a little puppy. The first months of a puppy are crucial for bonding, brain development, and training.
We all know that Yuki has the most loving, playful and gentle personality, so it’s even more exciting to discover how his personality has developed to how we know him today. Now, we’ve got to admit that it hasn’t always been easy raising Yuki, since he used to be, and still is very headstrong, which is characteristic for Akita Inus, however, many of his personality traits also developed randomly. We are positive that many Akita owners will recognize themselves and their Akita Inus in this video, since most Akita puppies have a cute and clumsy nature. We hope that we can give you guys a helpful insight into the life of a Japanese Akita puppy, and for those who are contemplating getting a Japanese Akita: Have fun with our video!

Yuki is so cute! I'm Japanese. Several Kanji are applied to Yuki. I chose best Kanji for Yuki. 由紀(Yuki, means make sense), 勇気(Yuuki, means brave and warm hearted). 😊🥰☺️

@@veer9423 Sure does. In Japanese snow is commonly written thus 雪 (yuki). My Shiba's name is 勇気(Yuuki, which means brave and warm-hearted) as pointed out by masako830. We'll be collecting our Akita this week. He is 12 weeks old. We have two cats and a Shiba which have Japanese names (we live in Japan). I am going to give the Akita an English name; not sure what though lol.

I have a 12 week old Akita puppy that nips at my hands or other dogs. Due to the sharp teeth, I already have several scratch marks on my wrist. I have provided enough chew toys for her and told her a stop command. have you gone through the same experience and how did you break her of it?
