Dear loved one, I hope you remember that you are not broken! PCOS is super common and it’s actually considered a metabolic & hormonal disease not a disease attacking your reproductive organs. My biggest tips for PCOS: start lifting weights, your designed to handle more of an athletic lifestyle, take advantage of it. Eat 20-30 grams of protein at every meals (try to hit 30-40 at breakfast. Get enough sleep, and try your best to reduce your stress.

Hi ,I'm very thankful that I found you here on KZbin. I've been doing this yoga for almost a week and I really feel the difference before and after I participate this yoga . I'm a Filipino from Philippines particularly here in Liloan Catarman Cebu City, I'm suffering from my bloated stomach, indigestion and also I have acid reflux. I am now changing my life style by doing this yoga every morning and I found out that this yoga really works for me. I can now sleep better at night, I can now eat 1 bowl of rice instead of half bowl of rice also I'm avoiding food that can trigger my acid reflux. I'm also drinking carrot juice in the morning before breakfast and sometimes carrot juice with banana. Really thank you very much for this amazing yoga you made ❤🇵🇭

I love this flow a lot. I am very picky when it comes to Yoga Instructors and you really are such a brilliant instructor!! Hi Agnes, I just wanted to let you know that your yoga sequences are EXTREMELY effective. I came across your channel a little while back. Last night I did this particular yoga sequence before heading to bed as I was feeling a bit bloated and gassy. I woke up this morning and had an urge to use the bathroom and evacuated everything really easily, much more easily than usual. You are truly gifted!
