after all this years I finally see what I was missing from my ps1, 360 and psp versions and besides the cool music and mostly cool extra enemies (I counted 12 total), the extra areas are short as hell. I welcome the extra content but it's definitely not worth the asking price

And almost every enemies and the characters were missing some of their frames, when they walk or attack, they looked like they've skipped some animation

This is technically an RPG, but I am certain you are not supposed to literally trade blows with your enemies, you play as if you think you are meant to let them hit you after each time you hit them... But even worse than that lol

O ninja they were unfinished levels that they scrapped at release. Thats why you can glitch there in ps1 version. The assitant directer wasnt happy when they put it in the saturn version. Thats why theres 0 bosses, its unfinished content. Its was stated in an interview with koji

According to reports the levels were unfinished content. N demon and sylph was one of those crappy situations were they removed them due to "westerners wouldnt understand culture reference" the n demon and sylph are in the ps4 version! But not the levels. No idea why they put them on the dxc. Never read anything on those.

Those two familiars were in the Japanese PS1 version, that's probably why they're back in DXC.
