This has to be the same performance Al Green did on the New York-based TV Show "Soul!" (labeled elsewhere as from "1972"), aired on January 3, 1973 (though he did appear on the program February 16, 1972). It was a great performance and one which touched a lot of people!

I am 54, I remember my mom and her best friend went to his concert. As a very young girl I remember my mom, and her friend saying that they were never going to wash their faces, because Al Green had kissed their faces.
