VERY clever man! When he asked Keith what he did for a living you could tell on his face that because he was fork lift driver and not a city analyst that he expected to get roasted to hell, What does AL do? Tell him its a proper job and runs to shake his hand. Man of the ordinary people.

I'm not endorsing most of the woke crap we're being bridled by, I was simply pointing out the probabilities. As for playing a character, that's irrelevant, as Warren Mitchell was playing a character in "Till Death Us Do Part" as was Jack Smethurst in "Love They Neighbour" but neither of those shows will ever be shown again on British TV.
