Really enjoyed this. May get the book over the holidays. I liked Al in the movie “Frankie and Johnny” his humor one could see in that movie.

I remember reading in an earlier Pacino biography that Al adored his Grandfather. He use to re-enact scenes from 'Yankee Doodle Dandy' & 'The Lost Weekend'. Of the later, young Pacino was perturbed that his grandfather was amused by his performance as the writer searching for a bottle of Rye.:" oh, no, grandpa, he's a sick man...he really needs that bottle". This shows that the hyper artistic sensitivity was manifest within him from the start...
