From watching Arnon roast Al Reynold's on his birthday, I strongly believe Claudia Jordan knew about the roast beforehand, and encouraged Arnon, as Claudia admitted to not liking Al. Very unprofessional, and Claudia lost a great paying gig by gossiping behind the scenes with men who probably never liked her - Al, Arnon and probably Funky Dineva. Not all The View hosts "like" each other, yet they are wise enough to keep their jobs.

This is so true about Claudia. I listen to all of what happened and I thought has she not learned. My other thought is why is she on the Carlos’ podcast. If there is a possibility that her show could have been saved, the interview was counterproductive. By doing the podcast she wanted to be the victim of the situation in “the streets” but neglected the people in the office who sign the checks in the “Business Street”.

I learned my lesson, try to help a friend who is laid off, I already had a toxic working environment, but she came in there manipulated everyone, play the victim, treating me terribly, which I forgot this is why I blocked her initially before getting a new phone, and then quit unexpectedly. I realize that I worked hard to get where I am, and that doesn’t mean I have to pull somebody up who hasn’t known hard work, sweat, and tearsto be standing and the position that I’m in. We attract people based on our psychological wounds.... It's not until one person heals (does shadowwork, for example) and leaves that the people begin to repel each other. This was a trauma bond based on abandonment issues they have in common... Claudia admitted in previous interviews that she has daddy issues as a child. She seeks acceptance and validation from people that have similar traits as her dad. Al ALSO has abandonment issues, but instead of being an empath like Claudia, he seeks happiness outside of himself, making people responsible for his happiness because of the lack of love he got as a kid. He never really becomes vulnerable so he has a "get you before you get me" attitude towards life. It's a karmic lesson that requires inner work to get to the core. Until you change within, you will continue to attract the same person /experience externally. Claudia needs to be HER OWN best friend, AND REDEFINE what a friend is. Al and her were NEVER truly friends prior to working together... He was just an opportunist waiting. Respectfully, going from outside work to being friends at work is just an environment change.... The ENERGY remains the same. Energy cannot be created, nor destroyed but it CAN be transmute, and that would require one or both parties to heal /do shadow work.

Welp, my experience. I can definitely be honest and say I don’t have a lot of friends, even though it’s easy for me to make friends, I do not keep those friends. I did self evaluation and even though some of the times is my fault because of lack of patience and my 30s now, but I realize that I over share and bring the wrong people into my life too quickly. This is why a lot of my friendships did not work. It’s unfortunate, because I’m a loving person and when I find somebody that want to be my friend, I want to shower them with things and also over share my personal things. most of these people I’d be friends are very insecure, and they feel like they have to compete with my life. So I am learning at age 35 to not share anything about my life with people. I hardly know they would just find out as it pop up. Lol.

They had no clue how 2 apply the knowledge they attained. I don't c it any different n day 2 day life & relationships. If u know u should b treated with respect, u put things n action that demand respect. Even if it means cutting some1 off instantly 4 violating said boundaries, u do it. No explanation given. People have 2 understand where u r & the players n the game. I was my best friend's boss @ 1 point n time (2009). I wrote him up 4 time & attendance. He still tells his wife about it (jokingly) 2 this day. She thinks I'm mean. We're still friends bc he understood that was my career @ the time & I don't play with my job. I hate to say it but, looking at the aftermath of it all, this show was doomed from the start. While they had great chemistry their lack of personal growth destroyed this show. Al tended to seem like the well versed one but he couldnt help but be a social climber. Funky had a following and was on the pulse of popular culture and is funny, but he is mean, he doesnt like black women and self sabatoges because of his petty personality. Claudia works hard and knows how to work her connections but she allowed herself to get played because she ignored Al and Funkys red flags. They felt like they could gang up on her. It's so refreshing to hear your analogy of this situation. I have said and made comments on many of the bloggers comment sections saying the exact same analysis that you just rendered. It was very obvious to me that AL was the demon in this situation, and he confirmed it by as soon as the show ended he called Funky on his live, and you heard a different AL Reynolds nasty and going off on what happened, and couldn't wait to poison Funky against Armon and Im sure he would have included Claudia if Funky had not stopped him. Also if you look at a lot of the episodes, AL was nasty and very condescending to Claudia, and always tried to make himself look like he was so much smarter than her, which always made me think he wanted bad to be the face of the show, and get Claudia out of that position (the person who got him the job) AL was doing divide and conquer by using Funky, and as smart as Funky is, I don't think he saw it. However AL was doing the same strategy with Armon, but Armon caught on and bought it back to Claudia and the snake was revealed. It's very obvious that AL especially has no respect for women just ask Star Jones and Dr Heavenly, because when she was a guest on a show, he practically said that there's nothing wrong with a man using a woman, as long as she is getting what she wants from the man....he is an old tri sexual male prostitute, who is a Judas seeking opportunist and will do anything to get ahead

I'm definitely pro Claudia in this whole debate but I agreed that I felt that she contributed to the demise of the show and she has issues that she needed to resolve. But I found a lot of things that Al used to say to be very problematic and I sensed from a while ago that he's definitely a performer and very manipulative. The only thing I can see as to why she started speaking out about it is that early on she did find that she could not trust Al and she's been keeping quiet for a very long time. Over time I guess she was just tired of the slander and getting blamed for a lot of stuff so in a way they did act somewhat professionally on the show but behind the scenes it was a different story which they hid pretty well until we would pick up on those jabs every so often. Like I'll never forget when Al told Claudia to shut up and just the general way that he would discount her experiences and speak over her. You can tell there was a lack of respect there. But I'm glad you called out Claudia's lack of maturity as well as not learning from her mistakes because I agree, it doesn't make any sense that after all this time you're still making these ridiculous mistakes.

Well according to his numbers, Funky was more popular than both of them and since the show collapsed after he left I guess he was the least problematic member of three of them.

Great tips on how to deal with people in the workplace because toxicity and gossip is always in the workplace. I think Claudia, Al and Armmon are all toxic and mentally unhealthy.

Claudia lacks a lot of wisdom. Her views are often based on what's popular vs. good common sense. She's beautiful with a very charismatic online persona but terribly unwise.

I feel Claudia is very immature and is similar to Al. They're both power hungry, and want success at any cost. Claudia is on this campaign to destroy Al. Al is a "piece of work", but so is Claudia. Claudia is going around to different bloggers to bad mouth Al, which makes her look bad and distrusting. I would never want to work with her. She doesn’t get along with nobody, and is very cunning. She likes playing the victim. She knows she told that simple boy Armon to say the terrible things he did. Because of they're actions, they caused the demise of the show. All of them had a hand in destroying the show. Claudia was not developmentally ready to lead such a show. She's the type if she doesn't like you she will do things such as this but it backfired. I see she didn't talk about getting Al suspended for defending Nene. People should be careful following up with people that has this type of devious and negative energy.

This was spot on. I am slightly older than Claudia, yet younger than Al. While watching the show, I often thought they behaved very immature for their age - even Q. I thought it may be due to the fact they did not have children. I often notice that many older childless adults seem to get stuck in their maturation and behave like they’re in their late 20s / early 30s.

Oh wow! I’ve noticed quite the opposite…especially if they had a child at a very young age. We won’t even include the unmarried part. That increases Arrested Development!

This new age is producing very immature people. These were people who were "hot" and the it people in their 20s and early 30s. Now 51, they never learned to think beyond themselves maturely. Look at the men, too. These celebs in their 50s are acting way too kiddie for me and I'm younger than them all. It's exhausting seeing this so much. But now imagine them acting like that.....the generation behind has very little to learn from. It's sad.

From the Gaslighting video Armon just put out, you're not wrong about Al it seems. It would seem Al lied on Armon being the one who had a relationship with management and setup a meeting to get Armon fired. Then, management tried to get Armon to speak to Al and fix the issue.

I use to be a faithful watcher of TGIF and currently I often watch Funky for great entertainment and belly laughs. I was heartbroken when Funky left Fox Soul. Although he originally stated it was due to a financial disagreement with Fox Soul. Later, he mentioned it was due to Claudia who had done a few interviews and mentioned Funky negatively. Mutually, their problem with each other was squashed. I still don’t understand the dynamics of Claudia, Al and Funky’s relationship with one another, but I do understand Claudia recently purchased a new home and I would only assume all that good money she was making on Fox Soul is needed to make those mortgage payments. I hope she survives this and learns her lessons from all this, whatever they may be….when you know better, you do better…I hope she knows now.
