@@BB-ce5ev They said Florida State had all the talent a coach could want and where are they now. Talent can be a help or a hindrance. It is how the coach molds them and disciplines them into a cohesive team. Often that takes time, especially since talent has a habit of being narcissistic, self-entitled, and hard to corral.
@ctclardy

@@BB-ce5ev That is what Saban did, build talent and he retained them because they were grateful. Now talent (raw talent) is mostly motivated by the NIL and transfer portal. If a player doesn't get his way they just move to another team. College football is no more. It is now a semi-professional sport. These athletes are now semi-pros and this is why Saban left. He realized most were now only in it for the loot.

A great many times I agree with at least your thought processes, but not on this one. You can’t measure it that way. How many times have we seen teams struggle with opponents they shouldn’t have and then go on to great things ? I’ve seen it plenty times since the 70s. I’m HOPING that we can equal or double what Ole Miss did last weekend, but if we don’t I’m not going to automatically start preparing for losses. I’ll just be disappointed… RTR

The culture we had at Bama from 2020 and back is gone! NIL and the transfer portal has changed everything! Money brings greed and greed destroys everything! When college football players do not eat, sleep, and live football we get what we have today! Too many distractions today and as I said when NIL started its gonna ruin college football! Here we are!!! Its exactly why the goat left! When these young athletes buy in to something other than winning games there will not be complete buy in and motivation to the STANDARD!!!

Yeah you’re definitely the person that subscribes to winning games=good culture. I remember Bama having culture issues while winning championships. I remember AJ McAaron sh!ting on teammates for thinking about the draft after the Oklahoma sugar bowl loss. I remember Tim Williams, Cam Robinson, and Hootie Jones getting caught up on weed and gun charges in Louisiana. I remember Nick Saban taking on a player who just got kicked off of Georgia for domestic violence and preaching “second chances” only for same player to get into another domestic violence case in Tuscaloosa.

There is zero consistency on either side of the ball. Our defense is not working together. Is it the coaching, or the players? Milroe is overrated. A forward pass that far over the line of scrimmage, please? His eyes and body language are guides to the defense on running plays. His eyes betray him on passes, he goes into ball hog mode, he can’t feel the pressure in the pocket (when he can stay there), and for every air strike he throws he under or overthrows three. His clock management during the Georgia game was shameful. It’s the talent around him that makes him shine.

My goodness, Pate is such a pandering, fence-sitting shill who cannot call a spade a spade or make any type of definitive judgement of anything if it means he has to say mean things about the programs he panders to. This win was OBVIOUSLY indicative of a culture problem. Obviously. You have legacy Bama players coming out and saying as much, clearly stating that Malachi would not have carried on the way he did under Saban, but noooo Pate's gotta shrug his shoulders and go "Welll what is culture really? 😮" Soft azz industry plant talkshow. The pretentious propaganda that comes out of this dude's mouth...😂 This isn't a college football talkshow. It's just a PR broadcast for certain SEC programs masquerading as a talk show.

I’m so sorry someone forced you to click on this video and watch it! It truly amazes me that someone actively chose to watch something completely irrelevant to their own team, then got so worked up that they felt the need to write up a huge rant about it. If I were you I’d worry less about Alabama and more about Georgia and how your team is turning out to be the next Clemson like we all predicted. Just another new money program who wins a couple of championships after 40 years of irrelevance and immediately thinks they are some CFB blue-blood.

What then of UGA’s driving record? 🤔. I mean that seriously. You had people die in a UGA vehicle and you still can’t keep kids from acting stupid. I don’t think it’s a Kirby issue because he’s done all he can I just think giving 18 year olds massive sums of money changes things including (possibly) effort and whether they give an F about Kirby being mad about speeding tickets.

You guys lost to Vanderbilt. #1 rated Bama team with the most explosive QB in the nation lost to Vanderbilt. Please let that sink in. One of the worst losses in the history of your school. Don't let Josh Pate try to sweep it under the rug with his bs. And dont try punching down on UGA fans to try to distract yourself from the fact that yall became tbe biggest laughing stock in CFB right now. @@yearofthedawgs8581 maybe? We will see. I agree letting Vandy throw up 40 on us is a bad look.
