This was a heartwarming documentary. I'm sorry that tornado happened. But it was amazing and wonderful that all these Phil Campbell's came from around the world to help the people of Phil Campbell clean up the devastated town and make new friendships. Humanity at its best!

This story has touched me deeply. If Phil Campbell was all of our names would it stop war, break down borders, let us see each other as Brother and Sister!? Our commonality is, we are ALL humans. The more we help each other the better we feel about ourselves and in turn about each other... Simple! I felt so proud that 3 of the Phils were from Australia! However, I felt connected to the township of Phil Campbell. Also, Glaswegian Phil, your song is brilliant and beautifully sung! My name is Jaya and I'm going to help in the only way I can.. Donation. All the best everyone. May your hearts heal and your town rise! 🙏 😊 🎊 🌈 🧡 🌱 🦋 🍻 ☀️ ⭐

Hi all, I’m the Phil from Coffs Harbour in NSW Australia and had the privilege of being there and have returned many times since, the last being in August this year. The town is still rebuilding these 12 years later and Phil (Brooklyn) is still working tirelessly on its behalf. The community of Phil Campbells from around the world keep in touch and the town still holds a Hoedown in June every year. Thanks for watching and a huge shoutout to Andrew who did such a wonderful job telling our story in the midst of his own loss and grief - we’re better together folks.

I'm from Alabama and I will never forget that day. I'm not gonna lie, when I started watching I just thought this was going to be a cool little documentary about Phil Campbell. Then when I saw April 27 it hit me. Thank you Phils' for helping a small town in the middle of nowhere. And anyone else who has helped. You make the world shine a little brighter. God bless y'all!

I'm sobbing while I watch this... First because of the horrible devastation and then because of the amazing beauty of the human spirit to just want to help. I'm shocked at the media and shame on them... I kept waiting to hear about all the money that came rolling in and my heart breaks to know that's not what happened. But- Good people were helping good people and that's all that matters.❤❤

Awesome video and show of human compassion for the towns people who were affected on April 27 2011. I live 40 miles south of Phil Campbell AL. In Lamar County. I’ll never forget that day. I could hear the tornado headed that way. We were super lucky and blessed that we didn’t get hit. That tornado basically wiped several small towns around us off the map that day.

I don't care if a name brought these people together, they are all good souls who came from different countries around the world to help a small town who suffered a great loss . Love & kindness still exists in this world. It is a heart warming real life story. I'm glad I stayed to view this video. It renuid my faith in the kindness of humanity. Thank you , peace to all around the 🌎.💜🕊️

I came across the video, although I do have KZbin premium and watch a good many travel and adventure videos, and by chance came across this one. How awesome and inspiring this story is. I grew up in north central Alabama (Decatur) which is about 55 miles from Phil Campbell. I attended and graduated from the University of North Alabama which is in Florence only 40 miles directly north of Phil Campbell. I had originally wanted to attend Northwest (Alabama) Community College there in Phil Campbell when I graduated high school because they had a program in forestry. I loved the outdoors and thought it would be a cool profession to be out in the woods cruising timber. However, since my dad was helping send me to college he demanded I go to a 4 year university. I’m just wondering how my life would have been different had I gone to the school there in Phil Campbell. I now live in Georgia near Savannah, where I noted there was Savannah Phil in the video. This was well done and kudos to all who made this happen. Thanks for taking the time to make one fabulous video. May God bless you all.

Wow this is amazing. This videograph was posted 1 day ago. Today I did the searching because of Carly Anna WX's channel. I could have searched 2 days ago or earlier and, finding nothing, given up for good. But Wr-Alda kept me back from searching until the very day after posting. Wow! Listen to Prem Rawat!

Having so many ads on a video makes the content seem cheap.. This is a touching and bizarre story.. Had me tearing up at times but the quality is really ruined with ads every 5 minutes. Makes you wonder does 'real stories' even care about their content anymore, or are they selling out and just making videos to have somewhere to put ads?

Incredible.. I am from neighboring Marion County, Alabama. The tornados that year cut a path from South Alabama up through Tennessee. I think they should do DNA tests, lots of cousins there I'm sure.

The real story here is "How a sin-a-torium became a town of prayer". This doco gives only the CONSEQUENCES of the prayer, not the actual role played by the prayer itself, with possible erstwhile elimination of the offending sinners or one or more of them. Listen to Prem Rawat!

Notice how only one of these Phils took initiative to do something. The others had to be recruited in consequence of his initiative. We must see all of this as a consequence of post-tornado prayer. It would be more commendable if each had taken initiative to help without knowing that the others would be involved in helping. Therefore, what are YOU helping, without being bidden by someone else? How are you fighting against multiracialism and social validation of sexual confusion? Listen to Prem Rawat!
