This is such a complete roster. I think Oats and Alabama are about to level up and maintain an elite status in the sport.

Biggest thing for Grant Nelson is that he will be playing his natural 4 position where he was forced to guard 5's last season. I find that a lot of fans can't imagine that Bama's defense takes a huge move up. Last year, not good. The year before? 3rd. The year before that? Not good. The year before? Again, 3rd. Recent history tells us that CNO can turn it around quickly and it seems many people are overlooking this. Glad to hear Chris Youngblood get some love at the end. People are big time sleeping on him. 6'4, 220 lbs and over 40% 3pt for the last 3 years. Big and strong and a natural scorer. I believe he will start and average 16ppg or better.

Only negative is they may be too stacked. We'll see how Oats manages personalities this year.

Agree. Having too many great players is going to be very hard to manage minutes for CNO. There are going to be a few very unhappy players that could become cancers of negativity. Definitely something to watch out for.

They not going to play 12 guys , by end of the season the rotation will be 8-9 deep.

Feel like all four freshmen bama signed are nba talents. One not getting talked about enough is philon. 6’4 combo guard that is crazy athletic and a dominant scorer. Maybe not this year but think he is definitely an nba guy

I completely agree. Philon can really go get his own when he needs it (that kid can create). Not sure why he left Kansas though. He probably saw no playing time being behind Juan Harris but man it'll be more or less the same thing playing behind Sears. I think Oats and Self spoke on that one and traded Griffen for Philon.
