This band brought music back. These guys are doing something invaluable, and im not sure they know it. They have given rock a new life inside a new host (this generation). Radio waves are so saturated with such basic music, and it has infested all of us; we forgot that music is not only suppose to make us feel good, but also enrich our life and intelect with its lyrics and complex sounds. This band brought all those things back to us and I am f&*ing grateful for that!
@1WEareBUFO19 жыл бұрын
Sure enough!! Popular music is even beyond basic lately it's garbage written according to one of nine or ten blueprints. Hopefully more real bands will become relevant on a larger scale.... even computers can produce beautiful, unique sounds infinitely, so why does all this electronic, sampled noise sound nearly the same? Don't even get me started on she who will NOT be named and her fistful of basic chord progressions.

+Saitama Sensei I know every generation says the same thing, but today's music is absolute rubbish to the nth degree. Have you actually listened to some of the lyrics? Here is a sample of the lyrics from songs in the top 10 on Billboard: "Dry! ...me a desert him, Nuh time to have you lurking, Him ah go act like him nuh like it, You know I dealt with you the nicest, Nuh body touch me you nuh righteous, Nuh badda, text me in a crisis" "Welcome to my duck off the crib, the spot, the pad, But my house is your house if you throwin' it back, Excuse me if my home bringing the sad, Soon as these happy faces land you can run with the cash" "Oh, I'll be your daydream, I'll wear your favorite things, We could be beautiful, Get drunk on the good life, I'll take you to paradise, Say you'll never let me go" There have been some real gems, especially in the top 40/RnB/Hip-hop genres.
