Alain Ducasse run not only Michelin star restaurants. He also has some restaurants that are affordable and tasty. Rech is one of them. Rech is one of the Paris best restaurants on a budget.
One of the main characters of Rech is Malek Djabali. He is the oyster seller at Restaurant Rech (the seafood restaurant in Paris by Ducasse Paris) for 30 years. Why is this place so special?
The answers are - freshest seafood in Paris (look how Malek works with oysters and other shells). Camembert from Fromagerie Marie Anne Cantin - the best camembert (AOC de Normandie) of your life.

Anyone interested? I will be making grilled cheese sandwiches, with bread specially sourced from ShopRite in the Capital region of the Empire State. The cheese, also sourced from ShopRite and kept cool until ready for consumption. Pairing the sandwhich with a delicious glass of Jugo de Vaca. Rich and creamy within an expiration period of 1 week. Truly a fine beverage. For desert, ONE Oreo cookie, to be separated table side, with the presentation of creme' filled side first, followed by the bare half suitable for dunking in Jugo de Vaca.

I hope the cheese is the thinly sliced yellow cheese that has the same taste as the plastic it is wrapped in. The plastic does make a mess in the pan but is so delightful going down!

Amazing video! The waiter truly made this video especially special, probably the best service so far from the channel’s dining experiences so far! It’s a refreshing but not too uncanny departure from the unfeeling & cold-toned approach to service in some French restaurants...
