Express your truth, but choose your words wisely. Dream big, but appreciate the small moments. Trust yourself, but verify the intentions of others. Take risks, but have a safety net in place. Love deeply, but always protect your own heart. Forgive but don't forget the lessons learned. Strive for success, but find contentment in the journey. Be independent, but cherish the support of those that care. Embrace change, but hold onto your values. Seek knowledge, but remain humble in your wisdom.

It took me 30 years to accept my limitations and to accept myself. I fell into the trap of constantly adapting to what I thought was expected? My God, this destructive system we live in, wanna kill our individuality, and creativity and connect us into a hive-mind and I couldn't see it? Now I can live in the moment and have moments with total satisfaction and with faith in myself and truly love and appreciate my fellow souls!

I have better idea Losing your mind Losing your mind is terribly underrated. All our lives we are taught to be analytical, rational, goal-oriented and in control. That’s why most of us are forever living in our minds rather than in the real world. In other words, we’ve got our heads buried in our screens or lost in thoughts rather than being present to what is here now. And when you take a break from being in your head and look around you, your mind immediately tells you all the things that are wrong or lacking from this moment. It’s a bit cold. I wish it was sunny. I’m bored. I wish I had money/love/happiness. I wish I was as tall/handsome/strong/popular as that guy. Before you know it, we’re right back in our minds figuring out how to fix this moment. In other words, we almost never live in this moment because we are always trying to get to the next, better moment. But by the time we get to that moment, we will be too busy to really notice because we will be so preoccupied with getting to the next, even better one. In this way, the mind separates us from life, from the magic of why we came here in the first place. The mind is afraid of life, that’s why it’s always trying to protect us from it. So if you have the opportunity to lose your mind, I suggest you seize it with both hands. Don’t worry about what the others will think - they’re really too busy thinking about themselves and the next moment to really notice anyway.

His teachings are timeless. They are the perennial philosophy

These are not teachings. He definitely would have hated to be called a teacher. He just is speaking the truth from his perspective of experience and the honest expression of his truth is what captivates our minds.

I strongly believe that we should all try to feel the energy inside us. One day that will all that will be left. I think it’s like the rush or quiver that I can feel rushing down my spine. Music and some sensations can amplify this.

These are not teachings, it is a point of view. These thoughts, they are all within us. HE IS NOT TELLING YOU ANYTHING THAT YOU SHOULD ALREADY HAVE TAKEN THE "TIME" TO THINK OF THESE POINTS OF VIEW. Some of us have never been put in situations where they truly take the time to "TURN Off" and "TUNE IN." WE ARE A PRODUCT OF OUR ENVIRONMENT.

It is not the enviroment shaping us is rather our own addiction to what we bealive are our opinioms and ideeas . When , in fact most of the thoughts we have most of the moral values are not even ours are just borrowed from others . If your enviroment teached you to be a muslim and you end up being one is not the enviroment fault for that is yours that alteough you saw all the weak points you choosed to ignore them and fight for you bealive even when is not actually yours and is not actually worth fighting for

The soul is not a network of anything, and it does exist in our body, and when it leaves our body the body dies. The soul is infinite, it comes not from the universe which is finite, but from the infinite which is in everything. The infinite is not material but divine consciousness, supreme consciousness which is keeping everything moving in this universe, all the atoms obey it's command. For all our answers we must look within to this soul, the true self which is what we really are, not a title that we have been given at birth, not an ego we have made for ourselves over the years, but a part of the infinite ocean that we can experience now, not after we die. Happiness is when this is found within, troubles will still come our way, we lose people we love, but the knowledge of the true self which is with every breath, keeps us with our true home that can never be touched by this crazy world.
