You know who has the #1 best selling album of all time done by a female artist in any music genre ? She is also Canadian and her album "Come On Over" sold over 40 million units worldwide and that is Shania Twain. Throw Avri Lavigne in the mix as being the third best selling Canadian female artist of all time behind Celine Dion and Shania Twain and you can see how Canadian female artists dominated the music industry during the 1990's and 2000's.
