The skate parks and pump tracks that are going in these days have gotten so good! Both of my kids skate too so we try to hit whatever skate spots that we come across on trips.

I'm into 2nd Gen Ram's I have a 99 Ram 2500 4x4 V10 I bought from my father-inlaw I've been jeg-sawing back together the dash. mechanicly it's sound . I love your rig I don't know why you're channel doesn't come up for me until I looked for 3500 Ram's. I enjoyed the video it's amazing.

Thanks man! These trucks are great and ours has taken us to some pretty cool places. It’s been a work in progress but has never let me down as a daily driver and camper! We will be camping on the coast with it this weekend. I should have another video up soon.

No problems in cold temps? Absolutely love it!!!!

Thanks! The Alaskan did great in the cold, we did a lot of snow camping. They have a double flexible air seal around the outside called a perelli, I replaced mine with silicone strips because it was a bit cheaper but as long as those seals are in good shape they stay warm in extremely cold temps. I installed the 5k diesel heater that worked really good and is very efficient. Thanks for watching! 👍

@@OlympicOverland I was thinking problems with diesel fuel, I thought cold temps and diesel were a bad mix?

@@cbskwkdnslwhanznamdm2849 Luckily I have never had problems with my diesels in the cold and haven’t had to use my block heaters. I just make sure the batteries are solid and if it’s extremely cold I will add some Power Service anti gel fuel additive. Even my old Ford IDI with a few bad glow plugs would start in high elevation cold temps (after some cranking) but it was a fantastic smoke show when it chugged to life! 😂 💨 The Cummins 6bt is the best cold weather starting diesel that I have owned so far.

Hi John! Thanks for watching and I should have some more videos to post soon. We have been pretty busy building our new camper so I haven’t been editing as much lately. We bought our pop top Alaskan Camper used from a family that decided to buy a trailer. I’ve seen them often on Craigslist and Facebook Market place used. We have had ours for 9 years and it’s held up great for a 50 year old camper. The guys at Pop Top Overland in California do Alaskan restoration and usually have some nice ones for sale. Our current camper project is based on an aluminum m1031 military box that I bought used on Craigslist and welded a new higher top frame. Safe travels! 👍

Ha ha we bought a projector that I might be able to run off of an inverter, we could have our own drive in theater! 😂
