Another great video Vlad!! So if you order from Amazon for example is there VAT taxes on your order in Albania or how do taxes on online orders work? PS Thank you for the video on the apartment tours, I hope you'll do more of those!

Hi, would you know if most or all of the fresh fruits and vegetables are grown with chemical pesticides or without? Thank you for your informative videos.
@UndiscoveredAlbaniaАй бұрын
everything grown in the republic does not contain chemicals. This is a legal restriction. but what is imported into the country may contain chemicals.

Language barrier + the '''cost of living''' means it's 'not' for me. -- The Philippines is cheaper and everyone speaks English. -- I like the 70% cheaper than the US ! > Primarily 86% cheaper rent is the main advantage - although a 53% savings on food is also - 'significant' ? 🤗
@davehardan8323Ай бұрын
But you forget the relentless humid & extreme heat in the Philippines. That should be considered a cost, especially after a few years of dealing with it.

@@davehardan8323 Haven't 'forgot' - going to Tagaytay @ 2000 ft elevation for the much cooler weather ! -- Short distance to Manila - the airport & quality medical care. -- They make this marvelous thing called a dehumidifier too + AC - if needed ? That entire 'area' is cooler. Average temp. is 72 degrees ! ❤👍🙏👏🍺

@@KB3TLE Well now Philippines is back in the running for me. Thanks.

@@davehardan8323 If you like even cooler - research Baguio in the North. But it is isolated and hours from Manila @ 5,000 ft. elevation.

Yeah. Well said mate. Looking for a safe place to work, live or do business??? Look no further than California of New York as well as many European places. Good job. By the way, there's plenty of villas with a swimming pool in south Albania
