My first thought: FROG. It is probably a physical change from doing this for a looooooonnnnggg time. I have seen a ballet performance by the Bolshoi theatre and the prima ballerina had a lower leg which protruded forward. That looked really wrong and will probably have consequences in old age; this change for the piper probably wont.
