But what you submit you better make sure you do it correctly or else you will misrepresent yourself. All eligibility requirements is still the same. The new thing is the EOI is layered in.

I have received a job in the hospitality sector, on an open work permit. I started working over a month ago. According to one of the requirements for the hospitality stream, it states that the job needs to have an LMIA with it, but I don’t have a LMIA because the company says they don’t provide LMIAs. Am I still eligible to apply for EOI?

To create an Alberta Account they ask for Alberta Issued ID. Can I make the Alberta Account on my ID and apply for my Spouse who is outside of Canada?
