Great insights. Just wondering if my highest education is a post graduate certificate done here in Canada, and my bachelor's is from another country, how does this play out when filling the education grid matrix? Second, if l get a job that is in the list of rural communities, a branch transfer from Edmonton to say Taber, do l get the points or must it be accompanied by an endorsement?
