Great Reaction! I love IU's MV and IU and Kim Taehyung aka BTS V or TaeTae's acting was excellent. TaeTae was blind in one eye and IU was deaf/mute, but they saw the beauty of each other. They looked normal to each other when they looked at each other through the camera. The evil cube sees them as inferior or imperfect and wants to destroy them. At the end you could see smoke rising so yes I believe the evil cube was burning them because you could see their ashes in camera view while their clothes were being lifted on the pile of clothes. The cube is meant to represent society and how badly it treat anyone who is "different". In the MV IU is deaf while Tae is blind in one eye but since they love each other they don't see those flaws. When we see them through the camera's lens it shows how they see each other - beautiful, perfect and the world is full of life and color because they have that love. Even in the darkest moments having that one person by your side can make it bearable. The ending killed me when IU covers his one good eye and her angelic voice along with the storytelling makes this a real masterpiece and I want to see them in a kdrama together.

V AMAZING acting out all these emotions of fear happiness sorrow furious, in a 5 minute music video is crazy because we see actors failing to act out a single emotion in an 1 hour long episode but here he is, the versatility is showing 😭They they forgot what they were running from because through the lens of the camera, they were able to just love and enjoy life until the reality caught up to them and they were taken away ICRY 😭😭😭😭❤❤😮

IU adds a great deal of depth to K-pop. People will listen to a song of hers like “Eight” and think it is an upbeat tune and then find out what the lyrics are referring to and have a reaction like you did here at the end.

IU can't hear and V’s one eye can't see ,in the end IU covered the good eyes of Taehyung so he won't see the horrible ending in front of them ,im Stuck at how a single tear from Taehyung’s good eye traced its path down his face and IU’s hand gently covered his eyes, It's as if he found a momentary refuge in her touch, offering a subtle relief from the overwhelming sensation ... I don't know why your captions didn't work, it's a beautiful song. The acting by V of BTS, and IU was exceptional, as well as the directing. So much storytelling was accomplished in 5 mins. It was an emotional roller coaster for me, and yes, on aliens. They may only look like a snail or molten rock, but who knows.

There's Kpop music just like you described and there's other Korean music including Korean pop music. The Boy and Girl Band Kpop music is what people think of as idol Kpop music. Even native Koreans think this now. Non-dancing Korean popular music could be generally classified as "Gayo" music because there was a time when there was no dancing or group singing. But it doesn't mean solo singing stopped exisiting.

The spoiled fuzzy baby thinks she's the Lord Of The Manor. That is CUTE from this side of the screen but I can also see how it could be a nightmare for her caretakers. ofc its different, its IU :D there are jokes in kpop community, there are 3 types of kpop - boygroups - girlggroups - IU iu is kpop, but not really a kpop, more on kpop/ kmusic. She's one of the most influential/ succesful music acts in S.Korea in last 10-20 years or so. In short, she's a legend, with L capital. and this is her pre release of her upcoming album. Pls try to at least see more 1-2 of her songs, bcs she's like a legit representative of k-music in last 10-15 years ...

This music is political in essence. IU always does not look aside social issues. But she represent about them in her own way, in the musical way. Cubes= dominent political frame, distorting media. V= late Lee SunGyun who appeared in Parasite BUT SUICIDED because of the korean prosecution .
