Hey Trevor. Your videos are mind blowing, really rare content honestly. I watch way too many plant videos and yours are very unique. By the way, I suspect your monstera albos are Monstera Deliciosa Albo (which is a large form monstera), and not Monstera Borsigiana Albo (which is a smaller form). In my experience, the deliciosa albo is much more rare than the borsigiana albo. Did you ever check your plants to see if it's a deliciosa or a borsigiana? I'm curious to know what's your conclusion. I have quite a few borsigianas but never found a deliciosa albo to buy in the UK.

Here's a description I found online: 99% of variegated monsteras available are of the small form so called Borsigiana. Small form has a vining growth habit with leaves very rarely exceeding 1ft in diameter in home environment. TRUE Monstra Deliciosa large form can grow mature leaves 2 and 3ft wide maintaining fairly compact stem at soil level (as per pictures). Also petioles (leaf stalks) of young Large Form are often twice longer than the leaf itself giving the plant much more height (and with age also horizontal spread of massive leaves) than you could ever see on a vining small form.

Sub. Great tutorial. Can you go over how to find the axillary bud, and how to predict what variegations the leaves will be from the bud? Sometimes they're so hard to identify.

I hear that from the Channel pretty in green, he use sugar solution for photosynthesise, if you have a to white Monstera. You can try it if it works better. But the leaves doing great in your envoirement! I want to see experiments with leca and pon (chunkier mineral substrate), how it works with your albos. I try my mother plant in a huge pot of chunky mineral mix and two cuttings with good root system.I hope it works well. Perhaps you try it too. Your plants are gorgeous!

Whats to keep some of the aerial roots from growing back into the original pot. It doesnt look like all the roots are going down in the new pot. FYI. Its also pronounced "Kay-Kee paste.
