FYI There's a preset in the factory bank (made by ya boy) with a quick setup for wavetable -> remap (quantizezd) -> pitch. It's call Wavetable2Melody

It’s definitely good enough on its own. You will likely want snap heap and multi pass I’m the future though.

can LFO table work the same way remap does? that way you can morph between scales easily

Technically yes but drawing and calculating a scale on a wavetable maker is a bit c challenging
