SuperNova Song! i..i_ _i..i The completely commercialized American Music Industry obviously has almost zero taste in good tunes. Took 'em 45 effing years (& under pressure/duress from other great musicians) to finally recognize uber-greatness, & induct RUSH into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, which is about as shameful as the simple fact that fellow Canadian-legend April Wine is still waitin' for that 'honor'. Dubious much? Like Alex Lifeson astutely said though, "...blahBlahBLAH!!!...".

AWESOME!! I've Been listening to this song since it first came out. I was 10 years old at the time and I remember writing "Aldo Nova" Across one of my paper school-book covers. The sound of that guitar riff with the synthesizers is just absolute magic. It's one of those once in a lifetime sounds that is absolutely magical and transcendent, and I still get the same feeling listening to it 40 years later. It's just such an amazing and immensely "cool" sound that never gets old. By the way, you look and sound fantastic! Really enjoyed this version!! Love ya brother. Keep on rockin!!

Back in the 1980s I saw you, Loverboy and UFO (if memory serves...I am 60). At the time, I was pursuing a drumming career and was a music snob. I was doing Mahavishnu, Frank Zappa and King Crimson covers in a band. Biting off way more than we could chew. The show was in Portland Oregon at a small club called "The Starry Night". It was a "Threefer" show. My cocaine dealer had an extra ticket so I tagged along. I remember being entertained by Loverboy, they were professional. I remember UFO was terrible. I think the band was high and or drunk. In a Spinal Tap moment the keyboard player fell into his keys and started knocking them over when a stage hand ran out and stabilized the situation. I remember being blown away at how tight and musical your band was. Aside from your hit there were other songs that were far more sophisticated than anything I had heard from mainstream rock in a long time. You guys were impressive and memorable. All the best.

Thank you Aldo.

I was a 17 year old hormonally charged girl back in 1982. My first rock n roll cassette was Aldo's Fantasy. Let me tell ya, I played that cassette so much, that it actually wore out. I am sure that's where my partial hearing loss has it's beginning too. Back then, music videos were the bomb.Fantasy and Ball and Chain had me swept off my feet.. Such a good time in music history back then .Aldo's music, his talent, raw edge and sex appeal still alive today, I might add. It's no wonder or surprise that Aldo introduced me to my love of rock music. It's so f--in awesome that you're rockin it out in 2020 ,Aldo. Thanks so much from a fan.

Awesome! Aldo is till kickin it! My neighbor introduced me to this guy in about 1982. He played this song on his big ass (then new) Realistic Mach-1 15" horn loaded speakers hooked to direct drive TT and Realistic's biggest receiver ever made as his bedroom system. I think it was like 130 watts RMS. He actually blew his receiver up and had to have it repaired playing this song combination over and over. Shook the whole house. The old golden days of HiFi. I had an LXI Sears 21 watt receiver and pair of Pioneer Centrex 10" 3-ways. We'd both be cranking it up with windows open, but he'd drown me out in the neighborhood. My dad came home and kicked my butt. Claimed he could hear us a block away. LOL! Those were the days.
