We as people have to remember that the artists have thoughts and feelings too and this just makes it so much more important, alec's songs are so deep and meaningful but I would've never noticed that he wrote that song because he thought about quitting his career in its entirety. Artists are there own person, some people will think they know everything about someone from what they see on social media. Usually, when fans ask questions to famous people they already have the answer they want in their head. Questioning people really has no real questions because the other person getting asked the question will have to answer in a way that no one will feel bad or insulted, therefore not telling their true opinions.

1:27 I can relate to that so much cause I think that to my self sometimes!! I'm in the medical field and it takes alot of my time away from family and friends (although newly graduated and doing my internship) and sometimes I wonder what would it be like if things were different and i choose a different path!!
