In my city it's always summer, rain and cooler in the night just like their normal habitat, so they handle it very good, I take precautions like putting bathtub spray them, cover the cage by night and put the cage inside the house when it rains even when they have a roof outside so the cage never gets wet.

I'm not Alen, but if you try holding your bird in a washcloth and just pet them (be careful not to hurt them though!) They will soon learn that you're okay. When you start, they will fly away. You can catch them again, and soon at the least they will be able to perch on you. :)

Put your hand in its cage for a couple minutes, do this multiple times a day. Once your bird is comfortable with your hand being in, try feeding it from your hand(this could take awhile). Now if you already did this then I don’t know what to tell you.
