Hi, Hannah. This whole series in only in Biblical Hebrew, which is on purpose! Your natural way of learning language is through listening. Eventually, as you work through the lessons, you will learn the alphabet and all spoken words will appear on the screen. In the previous videos we learn that the "y'or" is the "hanahar hagadol asher b'eretz mitzraym" (the big river that is in the land of egypt) or the Nile River.

I dont get the diffrence betwen אמר and דבר. Can you explain it?

It's similar to the difference between the verbs "say" and "speak/talk" in English. אמר "he said" introduces a direct quote usually, while דבר means "he spoke"
