what is the difference with the alesis edition? pro tools first is free already, are there additional features? I also don't have pro tools listed in products

im pretty sure you need to register a alesis product to get pro tools first

How do you get the VI series to sync their roll feature with the tempo of the project? You can set it manually, but what's the point if you still have to hit the key at the EXACT perfect time for it to play to that tempo? I've been trying to get this answer for at least a year now

same here, i followed everything but when I open the GUI, it doesnt respond to my keyboard strokes and I dont get any sound either.

CarvedFromLife I stopped using pro tools and started using Ableton Live Lite
